Returns Policy

Unwanted items can be returned within seven days of reciept for a full refund. The item must be unused and unopened. If the item has been opened a refund less 25% will be offered.

If the item is faulty we will issue a refund or exchange when the item is received and the fault confirmed, the item must be return within 14 days of receipt.

Please contact us prior to returning an item stating whether it is unwanted or faulty, if faulty please explain the fault. Click here to go to the contact form. We will then issue you with a return address.
